• Pay attention to disk, database connection and error logs.
• Regularly check whether the backup was successful.
• Synchronously update the configuration and restart related services after key rotation.
• Instance capabilities, Bootstrap/registration reconciliation, integration and email channels: see Super admin and platform capabilities.

Upgrade

1. Read the release notes and migration requirements.
2. Verify in the pre-release or backup environment first.
3. Upgrade within the maintenance window and confirm that the health check has passed before opening traffic.
4. Spot check after upgrade: login, import, and a complete exercise.
