Oral Console publishers publish speaking tasks / exams and review History.

Goal: Publish a speaking task or speaking exam, then review completion in History by student identity.

Sign-in: How to use Oral Console. After website signup, switch to Publisher in the header (not the App teacher). After production + sign-in mint you cannot sign in to the Console; publish and review History in the school system. See Two formal embed methods.

Before you start

Signed in as Publisher.
Trial tenant plan includes tasks (Class or above). Default is often Exam.

Where in the UI

Sidebar: Home / Assignments / History / Usage / Me. Appearance and language are in Settings (gear). Home primary CTA is Assignments. No Practice, Exams, or How to embed — those are not the publisher’s daily job. The Assignments page usually offers buttons to assign a speaking task or speaking exam (UI wins).

Steps

Tap Assignments or the sidebar Assignments item.
Create and publish a task or exam (fields follow the UI).
Switch to Learner and open My assignments / Exam to confirm the new item appears.
Switch back to Publisher History and review completion by student id (demo environment).
Use Usage for this tenant’s consumption if needed.

Mapping to production

Console “review History by student id” maps to production as: both embed paths can look up a person — Sign-in mint uses external user id; Page widget uses a roster learner (learner-code session). Writing back to your LMS gradebook is simplest with the same id on mint; widget needs student-number mapping or export. See How to get exam scores and view records and Two formal embed methods.

How to confirm success

The new task or exam appears in the published list.
After switching to Learner, the same title opens.
History shows the completion list / result (UI wins).
