The login page has three entry points: Student / Teacher / Organization. An account entering through Organization may be an Organization admin or an optional academic admin added through Manage team.

|---|---|---|
| Student | Complete speaking to-dos and practice; review history and messages | Select Student on the App login page |
| Teacher | Manage classes, assign tasks and exams, and review reports, exports, and curves | Select Teacher on the App login page |
| Organization admin | Start trials, import data, manage branding and billing, and configure practice policy (main nav Home / Messages / Settings / Me); can add academic admins | Select Organization on the App login page |
| Academic admin (optional) | Manage assigned classes within the granted scope; main navigation is Home / Messages / Classes / Reports / Me | Select Organization, the same entry point as the Organization admin |
Three ways to use DodoSpeak
| Option | Best for |
|---|---|
| SaaS trial / subscription | Organizations that want a fast start with a full teaching product, platform-hosted |
| Private deployment | Organizations that need the full teaching product in their own environment, ops, and compliance boundary |
| DodoSpeak Oral | Teams that already have their own learning system or app and only need speaking practice and exams embedded inside it |
Oral is not a full-site rebrand, and not another name for private deploy. See SaaS, private deploy, and Oral and What is DodoSpeak Oral. Definitions: Glossary.
Supported devices
DodoSpeak supports computers and phones. Common access methods:
- Open in a browser (recommended)
- Add to home screen (optional—opens more like a phone app)
- Use the Android or iOS app when included in the organization's plan
See Devices and access.
Teachers, students, and classes (when you need them)
Before real teaching starts, orgs usually add teachers, students, and classes. Options such as creating in the UI, spreadsheet import, or system sync are covered in How data enters the system—you do not need every integration detail on first read.
