Organization admin: from enablement to teaching-ready
Example Organization admin term/pilot workflow and success criteria.
Audience: Organization admins · Applies to: SaaS / private
Goal: Move the org from “can sign in” to “teachers can assign, students can practice,” and finish one smoke acceptance.
Scenario example
SaaS: self-serve trial signup → quick login or first org password change → use directory Enter for demo teacher/student to run assign / practice / report → Create / Copy from selection for a real pilot class (CSV when the roster is large) → open practice policy → then check trial/billing status. Fast path: Trial signup: enable and sign in, Demo data quick start.
Private: take over after Super admin opened the org; start from classes and policy (Super admin steps: Super admin workflow).
Organization admin main nav is Home / Messages / Settings / Me; org directory, import, plan, branding, logs, and more all open from the Settings hub—see App settings: entry and layers.

Suggested rhythm: pilot week uses UI create/copy (or a small CSV sample) + one class smoke; only then full import or API.
Success criteria
- Organization admin can sign in via App login identity Organization; main nav is Home / Messages / Settings / Me.
- Teachers and students can sign in; at least one speaking task runs from assign through practice.
- Practice policy and trial/formal status match expectations; if platform capability is short, Super admin / platform was contacted (see Platform capability packs).
Common blockers
