Environment, domains, and accounts you need for private deploy.

For IT / ops / integrators. SaaS trial orgs should return to Trial signup.

Prepare

Server or container resources (CPU / memory / disk) meet the current version.
Database and object storage (if required) are reachable.
Public domain, TLS certificate, and reverse proxy are ready.
Mail channel for invites and notifications (per product config).
How Super admin / ops accounts are stored is decided. Roles and entries: Super admin and platform capabilities.
If the org will create speaking textbooks / exam banks: confirm contractual IP and liability wording — Private deploy: content & IP.
