Export results and rosters
Scenarios for teachers to export grades or lists, points to note, and division of labor with reports/CSV/API.
teachercsv
Audience: Teachers (also Organization admins) · Applies to: SaaS / private
Goal: Export grades/lists in appropriate scenarios, and know whether to use "Reports" or organization CSV/API first.
When to export
- Stage assessment or final summary to the academic administration (including generated stage results)
- Reconciliation to paper/external forms
- Provide snapshots to parent meetings or teaching seminars
Where is the UI (order of priority)
- Teacher Portal "Export/Report" (Report Page Tab; Home Page "Export/Report" or My → More are also available): Export CSV/Print PDF after previewing the template. See academic admin Report. For the stage breakdown template, see stage results.
- If the teacher-end template does not meet the needs of institution-level mass reconciliation: the Organization admin will export it through Data Integration (including Export Stage Score: Take the latest transcript at each stage).
- When automatic synchronization is required every week: Use API instead, and do not export manually repeatedly.
Description: Report → Class Status is used to view completion and drill-down, and configure/generate stage results. It is generally not the leading entry point and exit; Report → Trend/Curve is used to view trends, not to export the academic admin table.
Note on usage
- After exporting, try not to change the key identification columns (student number/email, etc.) to facilitate alignment next time.
- When merging with external tables, the unique key within the organization shall prevail.
- The class status is subject to the UI (such as activated/to be activated/closed).
Detailed fields and reconciliation
Institutional batch import still goes through Importing teachers and students (entry point).
