| Integration config (superadmin) | Per-org data integration and email channels |
| Capability pack | What the instance can enable at most |
| Config layers L0–L3 | Platform → org → teacher → student; lower cannot exceed upper |
| Practice pipeline | Scoring/dialog chain templates; usually not picked in the UI |
| Agent | Capability unit in the chain; combined by the pipeline |
| Data management (superadmin) | Console org data ops; not on org primary nav |
| Trial activation funnel | Platform board for trial stages / skips; no org academic page |
| SaaS | Multi-tenant hosted service |
| Private deploy | Independent deploy in the customer environment |
